Welcome
The Factory, formerly the Pop Factory, birthplace of Corona pop, is situated in the very heart of the picturesque Rhondda Valleys.
The Factory is a thriving 300 capacity (standing) venue which attracts a host of exciting live music events all year round. In its former guise, it showcased live TV appearances by Queens of The Stone Age, Muse, Stereophonics and Victoria Beckham. Previous illuminaries, US X-Factor host Steve Jones and Alex Jones from The One Show, were both given their first presenting jobs in this wonderful building.
Today, The Factory, is a unique facility which continues to attract high profile acts and is teamed with its ambition to develop as a creative hub for digital media and creative industries in South Wales.
The Factory places live music at the heart of its operations, but its endearing surroundings, high-spec installments and versatile spaces firmly establishes this unique building as a hub for so much more.
